1. Shipping Destinations & Currency

Primary Markets: United States and Canada.
Currency: All prices and shipping costs are displayed and processed in USD ($).

2. Shipping Cost

FREE Shipping: We are pleased to offer 100% Free Shipping on all products for our customers in the United States and Canada. There are no handling fees or hidden charges at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off & Handling Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CST – Central Standard Time).
Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

4. Transit (Delivery) Time

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 10 Business Days from the date of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a real-time tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.

6. Customs & Duties (For Canada)

For shipments to Canada, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by Canadian authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
