At DFC Cycles and Fitness, we want to ensure you have the best experience with our cycling products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with our straightforward return process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom-built bikes, personalized gear, and gift cards.

3. Return Process (By Mail)

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@dfc-cycleandfitness.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Labels & Fees

  • For Defective Products: If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/model, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: We believe in fair service; therefore, we do NOT charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original one, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only directly exchange items that arrive damaged or defective.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 Business Days for the refund to be processed.

  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.
