Hot Melt Carbon

In addition to the fiber quality, the resin matrix is crucial for the production of carbon fiber mats. The Simplon specific hot melt process minimizes the amount of resin in the fiber matrix. The carbon fibers are directly impregnated with the epoxy resin without additional solvents. The lower resin content saves weight, while the balanced matrix ensures high stiffness and homogeneous quality.

Smart headset

Cables and cables run from the handlebars through a special headset into the frame. The Smart Headset serves a tidy appearance and the protection of the cables.

Chainstay Shield

Stainless steel protectors on the inside of the chainstays prevent dirt and stones transported by the tire from damaging the frame.

Comfort Concept

The two-wheeled companion for longer trips is also uncompromisingly comfortable. The popular Comfort Concept allows a relaxed seating position. This is ensured by specially flattened tube cross-sections on the seat and chainstays, seatpost, top tube and seat tube.

Raptor Dropout
